Returns and Exchange Policy

We understand that buying shoes and accessories online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items don’t fit or suit your outfit you have bought.

You may return full priced items that are in perfect condition as you received them with the tags attached or the plastic seal left on the bottom of the shoes bought online within 30 days of purchase for exchange or credit note.

What if a product is faulty?

We take great pride in our products and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us.

If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us on e-mail to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product.


If you would like to exchange an item - it is a super idea to drop us an e-mail or phone call to let us know what item you are after including the style number, colour and size you would like so that we can put it on hold for you. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives.



We only use trusted Australia post eParcel Express Shipping. Express shipping arrives via next day delivery in metropolitan areas for orders placed by 11:30am AEST on business days.

We offer free shipping for orders over $49

Please note locations outside the metropolitan area may take 3-6 days shipping time depending on your location.

We send all orders via Australia post eParcel and we will email you a tracking number once the order has been shipped.


All International orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail Orders will take 10-14 business days for shipping.
