Returns and Exchange Policy
We understand that buying shoes and accessories online doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items don’t fit as expected or suit your outfit as you had planned. Our returns policy is intended to give you peace of mind to order and know you may return an item if it is not right.
You may return unused items that are in original condition with the tags attached or the plastic seal left on the bottom of the shoes, within 30 days of purchase for exchange, credit note or refund.
If returning shoes, they must be returned with the original box and packaging as received.
Please note we are not able to accept exchange or return on earrings unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.
How do I return or exchange products to Izoa?
Please email email@example.com for a returns authorisation.
Please note all exchange postage is paid for by the customer.
What if a product is faulty?
We take great pride in our products and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us.
In the rare occasion a fault does occur please contact us by emailing our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know accompanied with 3-4 photos of the faulty item. We will then offer a replacement if available, exchange or refund.
We only use trusted Australia post eParcel shipping.
*Free Next Day Delivery
We are currently offering free next day delivery on Australian orders over $49. Orders must by placed by 12:00pm AEST on business days in order to receive by the next business day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following day via Express post. Next day delivery is valid in metropolitan areas only, please check you are included in Australia's Posts Express shipping areas to see if your location is included.
Please note locations outside the metropolitan area may take 3-6 days shipping time depending on your location.
We send all orders via Australia post eParcel and we will email you a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
All International orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail Orders will take 10-14 business days for shipping.
Duties and Customs Charges
If your order is shipped to a country other than Australia the products may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Core Trainer is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Core Trainer, you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping at a cost to Core Trainer), duties, fees, taxes and / or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.
