Within 30 days of receiving your order you may return your item(s) for an online store credit. Items eligible for return will need to be sent back in original condition, unused with tags attached. 

Please note all return postage is paid for by the customer.

Please ensure items are returned with the original box and packaging as received. 

Please note we will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns on earrings or hair accessories unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be granted for items deemed faulty.
