CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: 

The recent outbreak of COVID-19 has had an impact on so many of us and the way that we live our everyday lives.

We are trying our best to operate as normal, however some factors are unfortunately out of our control.

During this time, please allow an extra business day for your parcel to be dispatched.

There are also delays within the Australia Post network, which mean that you may be waiting a little longer to get your order.

If you are wanting to exchange your Izoa order that is still absolutely fine!

We have extended our normal 30 day exchange period to be 60 days.
Please allow 7 business days from when your parcel arrives in our warehouse to have your exchange sent out.

If you are unable to get to a post office or send your items back, please email our team and we will be happy to discuss some alternatives with you!

Our warehouse and fulfilment centre is being cleaned regularly.

Staff are using hand sanitiser and washing hands regularly and we are following advice from the World Health Organisation and government regarding this.

Returns Policy

Within 30 days of receiving your order you may return your item(s) for an online store credit. Items eligible for return are will need to be sent back in original condition, unused and tags attached. 

Please note all return postage is paid for by the customer.

Please ensure items are returned with the original box and packaging as received. 

Please note we will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns on earrings or hair accessories unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be granted for items deemed faulty.

Shoes purchased on sale will not be accepted for return this includes no refunds, store credits or exchanges, unless deemed faulty. 

For further return information and where to send your item(s) to please email info@izoaaustralia.com.

We take great pride in our products and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. In the rare occasion a fault does occur please contact us by emailing our customer care team at info@izoaaustralia.com to let us know accompanied with 3-4 photos of the faulty item. We will then offer a replacement if available, exchange or refund. 

 

Shipping

Australia Wide: 

- Express Post Next Day Delivery* 

- Delivery Time; 1 business days or fastest available.

- Order before 12pm Monday - Friday for same day delivery, orders placed after this and on weekends will be dispatched following business days. 

- Australian orders over $49 are sent with Free Express Shipping. 

- Australian orders under $49 will incur a $10 Express Shipping fee. 

New Zealand: 

- Express Post Delivery 

- Delivery Time; 2-3 business days or fastest available.

- Order before 12pm Monday - Friday for same day delivery, orders placed after this and on weekends will be dispatched following business days. 

- Orders less than $200 will incur a $15 Express Shipping Fee. 

- Orders over $200 are sent with Free Express Shipping. 

Rest of the World: 

- Standard Post Delivery

- Delivery Time; 10-15 business days or fastest available.

- Order before 12pm Monday - Friday for same day delivery, orders placed after this and on weekends will be dispatched following business days. 

- Orders will incur a $30 Standard Shipping Fee. 

 

*Next Day delivery is valid in metropolitan areas only, please check you are included in Australia's Posts Express shipping areas to see if your location is included. Orders outside this area will be shipped via the fastest available option. Australia Post Express coverage area:  https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-within-australia/delivery-speeds-and-coverage.

Please note standard delivery or delivery to locations outside the Express Post network, may take 3-6 business days from the time your order has been dispatched depending on your location. If you have any concerns regarding shipping times please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team via info@izoaaustralia.com who would be happy to assist you in estimating shipping estimates.

*Same Day delivery is valid in Sydney metropolitan areas for select postcodes only, please check you included in Australia Posts On Demand shipping areas to see if your location is included. Orders placed outside of the valid areas will be sent with Express shipping instead. NOTE: Same Day is not valid to PO Box and Parcel Collect addresses. Australia Post On Demand Same Day coverage area: https://auspost.com.au/ondemandnetwork.

Please ensure all details are correct upon checkout. If you need to change the address of your parcel please email us urgently at info@izoaaustralia.com

Once your order has been shipped you will be sent via email a copy of the tracking number so you can follow your order.

Australian Customers ** Please know that all parcels are sent with signature on delivery to ensure our customers receive their parcels. If you are not at your intended address at time of delivery your parcel will be left for collection with your local post office, a card will be left in your mail box for pick up. If your parcel is sent back to us, we do incur a fee so please make sure addresses are correct.

 

Duties and Customs Charges

If your order is shipped to a country other than Australia the products may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Izoa is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Izoa, you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping at a cost to Izoa), duties, fees, taxes and / or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.
